Degreased Lockable Line Valves Millennium Medical Products Limited produces and supply a complete range of Lockable Line Valves to British Standard HTM02-01. The range starts with the smallest being 15mm to the largest being 159mm. Degreased Lockable Line Valves are manufactured in accordance with Quality Management System BS EN 13485 for medical devices. The main component of a Lockable Line Valve is the Ball Valve this is used for both open and closed services. Ball valves use a ball-shaped seating element with a hole through center the same size as the pipework so there is no restriction to flow . They are quick-opening and require only a quarter-turn to open or close. A soft seat seal is used to stop the valve passing in the closed position. The body of the valve is designed to have flat faced unions on both sides this allows in the unlikely event of a failure the valve to be removed without altering the pipework. Each valve can be locked in the open or closed position using a padlock through the handles locking mechanism. NIST Connectors are used for the purposes of pressure testing, or as a sampling point for checking the quality of the gas in the pipeline, or for back feeding from cylinders an Area that has been isolated from the main supply. The range starts with the smallest being 15mm to the largest being 159mm. NIST Lockable Line Valves are manufactured in accordance with Quality Management System BS EN 13485 for medical devices.

Athena Plant Monitoring System
MMPL’s Athena Plant Monitoring System has been designed to make plant and manifold monitoring more capable, user friendly whilst creating a safer, more effective environment for patients. Our plants and manifolds now incorporate a touch screen, human interface panel (HMI). These interactive panels are connected to the central Athena Plant Monitoring System through a hard-wired system, ensuring there is no connection loss. The panel mimics the plant and/or manifold status whilst also being able to remotely control the plant / manifold without the requirement to visit the plant room. Medical Gas Alarm Athena
Millennium Medical Products Limited has designed and manufactured a product unique within the medical gas industry, the Athena Medical gas alarm looks like traditional Medical gas alarms but has the added features of displaying the pressure or vacuum it is monitoring in the pipeline using line monitored transducers.
The Athena Medical Gas Alarm can monitor up to 6 Gases in one panel with two fault conditions and one pressure display per Gas, this can be repeated to as many other panels as required using only two wire communication. The Alarm can also be connected to the Hospital BMS System via two terminals for any fault condition or via a computer interface panel for every fault condition, the Computer interface panel is the ideal solution for connecting to Operating Theatre Panels.

Regulators Replacements
Millennium Medical Product Limited offer a full range of replacement Regulators which are all Medical devices classified as class IIb according to the Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC.
The Regulators are used in Automatic Manifolds, Emergency Standby Manifolds (ESM) to HTM2022 and Emergency Reserve Manifolds (ERM) to HTM02-01 for the supply Medical Gases to Patients and Equipment throughout the Hospital.

The MMPL Duplex AGSS Plant is very easy to install. All plants have one inlet and one exhaust reducing the cost of installation. The inlet and outlet have flexible hose connections to reduce the transmission of noise down the pipework. They require one Electrical Supply. Either Single Phase Neutral and Earth or Three Phase Neutral and Earth. In addition upto 9 24VAC remote control units can be installed in the operating rooms to control the Plant. This will require an additional 5 core control cable which can be linked in series to each remote control unit. If more than 9 remotes are required a booster can be purchased.
As Standard each Plant is fitted with a balance Valve. The balance valve allows the pump to maintain a pressure of 125mbar when the flow changes within the system. The balance valve is protected from dirt and airborne particles by an Ingress Filter.

Millennium Medical Products Limited offers a full range of Medical Vacuum Suction Controllers to suit every application. Controllers can be fitted direct to Terminal Unit by BS Probe or remotely by 2 metre Vacuum hose and BS Probe.
High Vacuum Suction Units are used in Operating Theatres, Intensive Care Units, A&E Departments, Ward Areas. the controller can set the vacuum level between zero and the full vacuum pipeline.
Low Vacuum Suction Units are used in Pediatric departments, the controller can set the vacuum level between zero but not exceed (-150mmHg)
Thoracic Suction Units are used where Abdominal or Pleural cavity drainage is required, the controller can set the vacuum level between zero but not exceed (-53mmHg)
